Average pension application processing times
The total processing time is counted from the day a customer submits a pension application to a pension provider to the day we issue a decision. The numbers also include the applications concerning work while on pension.
We have determined targets for pension application processing times. Achieving the target time requires that we receive all the information necessary for processing right at the start of the processing period.
