Keva lets residential and commercial premises of high standard

Keva owns 124 properties to let in Finland: offices, homes, commercial premises and shopping centres, and hotels. Most of the properties are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other growth centres.

In direct real estate investments, the focus in terms of responsibility is on property energy efficiency. Keva’s goal is to become carbon neutral by the end of 2030 in terms of carbon emissions from the energy used in its direct real estate investments. As sub-goals that support the main goal, we strive to improve the energy efficiency in our properties by 12% by 2025 and increase the share of renewable energy produced on site at the properties to 4% by 2025.

Keva owns roughly 3,500 rental homes in major towns across Finland.

Our holdings also include a number of senior citizens’ buildings for people aged 55 and over. The homes in these buildings have been designed to cater for the mobility and other needs of the ageing in particular.
